How to cook at home

To prepare the tincture, peppermint is harvested during the flowering period and dried well. From its leaves you can make:

  1. Alcohol tincture. For 75-100 grams of plants, take 500 ml of alcohol (75%) or well-purified moonshine (strength more than 60%). The remedy is infused for two weeks in a dark place. You need to use it 25-30 drops inside or for rubbing.
  2. Water tincture. Usually, 5 grams of mint is poured into a glass of boiling water and boiled for 15 minutes. The cooled infusion is filtered and squeezed.
